Died: 8 Nov 1832, age 74 years 8 months 6 days and was buried 11 Nov 1832 from St. John's Anglican Church by Rev. James C. Cochrane.

Casper was married three or four times. It is possible that the second wife listed below married a different Casper JUNG. In which case, the second set of children should be attributed to his first wife.

"In the name of God, Amen. I, Casper YOUNG, farmer of the County and Township of Lunenburg, being in health and body, and of perfect mind and memory and knowing that is appointed for all men ... ... do make and ordain this my last will and testament, that is to say, principally and first of all, I give and recommend my Soul unto the hands of God who gave it and for my body I desirte to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the descretion of my executors nothing doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall receive the same again, by the Mighty Power of God: And as for my worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to me in this life. I give and devise and dispose thereof in following manner and form.
First, I give and bequeath to my wife Magdalena YOUNG the following apartments belonging to my present dwelling house and in which I divided [?] that is to say the bedroom which we have occupied as such and share of the kitchen fireplace during her life.
Also I give to my son Andreas YOUNG 1 Shilling.
And thirdly, I bequeath to my son Casper YOUNG, a 30 Acre Lot with Buildings # 1 Letter A, where father lived on Mahone Bay and 3 Parts of his share of 300 Acres Lot 9 Letter B, on condition that he pay the following sums, to the following persons, that is to say £ 25 to my daughter Elizabeth MASON and also to my son George YOUNG the sum of £ 25, and also to my daughter Mary LANGILLE the sum of £ 25.
And fourthly, I bequeath to my son John YOUNG 24 acres and 1/2 of Lots # 2 and # 3, on condition that he pay the following, that is to say, the sum of £ 20 to Catherine and £ 30 to my daughter Magdalena YOUNG. I likewise bequeath to the said John YOUNG a third part of a three hundred acre lot.
Fifthly, I bequeath to my son Henry Francis YOUNG 22 acres and 1/2 of Lots #2 and #3, on condition he pay the following to the following persons. That is to say £15 to my son Edward YOUNG, £40 [?] to my daughter Catherine Barbary YOUNG £40.
Of my personal effects I bequeath to my sons Casper, John and Francis, to be divided among them with the exception of the Big Bible. I likewise ordain that none of movables to be sold as long as family keeps together. I likewise ... ... that my sons and daughters shall have a right to live there as long as they are single, but when married they shall build for themselves and leave a Common Road between their lands.
Again I likewise .. .. of my wife Magdalena YOUNG that my sons Casper, John and Francis jointly together pay her inlawful money the sum of 20 shillings yearly as long as she shall think fit to stay in the family, but when she leaves them she shall .. .. £5 of .. .. to be paid her by the aforesaid Casper, John and Francis.
I likweise ordain that my son Casper YOUNG shall pay the sum of £10 to my daughter Sarah and likewise shall my son John YOUNG shall pay to my daughter Sarah YOUNG the sum of £5 and also my son Francis YOUNG shall pay to the said Sarah YOUNG my daughter the sum of £5.
And furthermore I do appoint as my executors and administrators of my last will and testament Casper YOUNG, George ACKER and Magdalene YOUNG.
I, Casper YOUNG, Senior, do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament and do hereby, revoke and annilihate all and every other former wills and testament by me made, whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of July in the year of our Lord, one thousand and eight hundred and twenty-nine."
